Kikuchi canyon in early spring (Aso, Kumamoto Pref.)

Kikuchi canyon is the only canyon has a lot of remaining primitive forest along with the valley in Aso Kujyuu park. In mid-April, it was a bit early for fresh green but was really a pleasant day to take photographs with limpid water and birds’ singing which gave me the sense of spring.
